Yes, additional charges may apply for multiple flights of stairs, lack of elevator access, or unusually long carries. These costs are disclosed in advance.
Q5. Do you move specialty items like pianos, pool tables, or safes?
We do not move pianos directly, and pool tables are contracted out. Safes and oversized items may require special handling—please let us know in advance. We will be sure to work with trusted partners.
Q6. Do you provide moving supplies?
Yes, we can supply boxes, shrink wrap, blankets, and other moving essentials at an additional cost. Please keep in mind that certain items need to be ordered prior to move. We ask that you allow adequate timing for items to be delivered.
Q7. How should I prepare for moving day?
Ensure items are packed and labeled, hallways and doorways are clear, and parking is available for our trucks. If applicable please be sure to reserve elevator access. This makes the process smoother and quicker.

Trash & Junk Removal Services
Q1. What items can you remove?
We remove old furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, and general household junk.
Q2. What items are restricted or cannot be removed?
Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oil, asbestos, and certain electronics may not be accepted. Please ask in advance if you’re unsure.
Q3. How do you price trash and junk removal jobs?
Pricing is based on the volume of junk, labor required, disposal fees, mileage, and any special conditions such as stairs or heavy items.
Q4. Do I need to bag or sort my junk before pickup?
Not required, but pre-bagging or organizing items can reduce time and potentially lower your labor cost.
